Siddharth comes with over 18+ years of experience in the Talent ecosystem and currently is the Managing Director - Talent at Lightspeed India Partners. Talent is at the forefront of the venture, in his view. At Lightspeed, helps investment teams & founders build a strategy around Organisation Scaling, thereby helping them think about their Talent initiatives, which includes everything from Org Structuring & benchmarking, Executive Hiring, Founder Coaching, Compensation structuring and more. Prior to joining Lightspeed, Siddharth managed the Executive Search business for the Technology Practice at Korn Ferry. While at Korn Ferry, he also managed the B2B Enterprise sales for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing business for India. He also has had the experience of working w/ a fast-growing organisation like Zomato, helping them scale across 22 countries as their Global Head of Talent Acquisition.
