Sreevathsa Prabhakar is a seasoned executive with over 25 years in customer experience and technology. He founded Servify in 2015 after a successful exit with his previous venture, The Service Solutions. Servify, a leading product management platform, offers comprehensive after-sales services including additional warranty plans to top OEMs, telcos and retailers. He has previously worked at Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Tata Docomo Business Services, and Nokia. Sreevathsa is a frequent speaker at industry forums and actively supports other startups as an advisor and angel investor. Based in Mumbai, he holds degrees in Electronics and Telecom Engineering and Masters in Information Systems from Mumbai University.
